Warranty Coverage

All Heckler products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. Coverage varies by product line.

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email service@hecklerdesign.com with your order number, product SKU, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will ship a replacement part or product at no charge.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Proof of purchase required.

Returns

Returns & RMA

30-day return policy on stock products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact service@hecklerdesign.com or call 1 (844) 432-5930 to request an RMA number.
  2. Do not ship any product without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  4. Ship to the address provided with your RMA confirmation.
  5. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom or modified products
  • Items delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Products that have been installed or show signs of use

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Heckler error or defective product.

  • Free ground shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous US)
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout (2-day, overnight)
  • International shipping available to select countries
  • Freight shipping for large or palletized orders (AV furniture, Framework systems)

Most stock items ship within 1–2 business days from Phoenix, AZ. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. For international quotes or freight inquiries, contact sales@hecklerdesign.com.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact service@hecklerdesign.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to select countries. Contact sales@hecklerdesign.com for international shipping availability and rates.

How do I track my order?

Log into your account to view order status and tracking information. A tracking email is also sent when your order ships.
