To maintain your dealer authorization, you agree to the following:

  • I agree to sell Heckler products only via private quotation and my primary website. I agree not to list Heckler products for sale on any other website or social media platform without written pre-approval by Heckler.
  • I agree not publicly to advertise Heckler products with discounted pricing. Only private quotes may include discounted pricing.
  • I agree to correct issues reported by Heckler within two business days.
  • I agree to not white-label Heckler products. I agree to present Heckler products as Heckler products.
  • I agree to offer customer service to my customer for the Heckler products purchased from my company. Customer service will be available by phone, chat, email, and video calls with a maximum response time of one business day.
  • I agree to introduce customers to Heckler service if warranty service is required.
  • I agree to comply with the Product Return Policies for Heckler Authorized Dealers.

Product Return Policies for Heckler Authorized Dealers

  • Dealers have 30 days from the date of receipt of Heckler stock products to return stock products.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all stock product returns.
  • Returns of a value less than $5,000 USD will be issued as a check or ACH.
  • Returns of a value greater than $5,000 USD will be issued an account credit.
  • The product must be returned in like-new condition and in original packaging. Dealers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Custom product is non-cancellable and not returnable.
  • Dealers pay all applicable shipping, insurance, import tariffs, import taxes, sales taxes, and import processing fees. The appropriate Incoterms will be negotiated for each shipment.
