The Conference Room, Reimagined
When AV infrastructure disappears into the architecture, the meeting is the only thing left.
The conference room has always been the proving ground for collaboration. But somewhere along the way, it became a tangle of cables, mismatched adapters, and displays that nobody knows how to operate.
The fix is not more technology. It is better-integrated technology. Wall-mounted displays with purpose-built camera bars, clean cable management, and mounting hardware that disappears into the architecture of the room. When the infrastructure is invisible, the meeting is the only thing left.
Start with the wall
Most meeting room deployments begin with the display and work backward. That is exactly the wrong order. The wall — its material, its sightlines from every seat, its proximity to natural light — dictates where and how AV equipment should be mounted. Get the mount right and everything downstream falls into place: camera angle, speaker position, cable routing.

Hardware that earns the room
Conference rooms are shared spaces. The hardware in them should feel intentional, not bolted on as an afterthought. Powder-coated steel. Clean geometry. Mounting solutions that hold devices securely while presenting them at the right angle for both in-room and remote participants.
The goal is a room where people walk in, sit down, and start working. No instructions taped to the table. No five-minute fumble to get the screen sharing running. Just a room that works.
